1. We have nothing to do with ebay or other sites where you can pay with Euro, Dollar... - We only do business in ISK by contracts.
2. Deliveries are being made using contracts that are up for seven days. We reserve the right to cancel the contract after seven days.
3. Be serious!
4. Customer data will not be made public or shared outside the alliance.

Frequent item-buyer program:
1. New customers do not qualify for any discounts.
2. Regular customer: 1% discount, after a minimum total order volume of 5 billion ISK
3. Entrepreneur: 2% discountl, after a minimum total order of 10 billion ISK
4. Wholesaler: 3% discount, after a minimum total order volume of 15 billion ISK
5. Big Industrialist: 4% discount, after an minimum total order volume of 20 billion ISK
6. Industry Giant: 5% discount, after a minimum total order volume of 30 billion ISK
There might be exceptions to the above values for some items which will have a specific maximum discount set ('discount cap'). This maximum discount has higher priority than your personal 'global' discount setting.
Point of sale is Hatakani in Essence.
New:
Minimum Order amount is 50 million isk.
Orders with a total volume of less than 500 million isk are contracted in Hatakani for pickup by the customer. If the order is larger than 500 million isk, we deliver to a station of your choice for free! If you want to take advantage of this service, please note so when placing your order.
Important: Delivery is
only made to high sec empire systems!
Prices are updated daily on an automated basis for many items and Sunday evening (about midnight) for the rest.
Definition of terms used in the shop:
"In progress" = Your order has been received
"In production" = Your order is being processed.
"Ready for delivery" = Items are ready for dispatch.
"Delayed" = Items need more time to be build due to unforseen circumstances.
"Cancelled" = Order is cancelled.
"Contracted" = Order is ready, contract is up.
"Delivered" = Contract is fulfilled
